Could not have had a better experience. The house is immaculate, spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic kitchen. The pool was even better than the pictures and the large fenced yard was perfect for our dog. And Nick was fantastic, super communicative and helpful at every step. Oh and the beautiful beach is steps away. Fantastic stay.

A beautiful, well-appointed/well-provisioned house for our 8-person girls trip to IOP. Nick's house was clean, comfortable, and gave us plenty of space to lounge indoors and outdoors by the pool. We loved walking to the beach and playing pickleball at the rec center, and being within driving distance to great restaurants in IOP, Sullivan's Island, and also a ~25 min trip to downtown Charleston. Nick was also a super responsive and highly accommodating host. Highly recommend!

We loved this house and will be back. The pool was warm and clean and we swam the whole time. The beach was close and we walked there with all the beach stuff provided by Nick. The welcome basket and texts from Nick made our vacation unforgettable. Great house and location.

Beautiful place in a lovely community. Close to the beach and restaurants. A couple of blocks from local rec center/playground/dog park. Even if you’re not going out, the house and pool are welcoming

Our family stay in Isle of Palms in Happy Days could not have been more enjoyable. The house and property were beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. We felt right at home and had everything we needed - and more. It was a short walk to beach and easy to park if you wanted to drive a couple of blocks. The pool was very enjoyable and we had all the chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and outside activities we needed- and more. Nick was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. The check in and check out process was very easy. Nick messaged me in check-out day and there was not much I had to do but take my things and close the door. Nick was an incredible host. I would highly recommend Nick’s place and would come back.

What a great stay! Very comfortable place, plenty of space and the kids loved the pool. So easy to get everywhere, including the beach. Nick was very responsive. We already are thinking about when we can come back.

A very comfortable house, with an amazing pool and beautiful gardens. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful place for a family get together. Nick was an incredible host. He was always in contact in case we had any need anything.

Just lovely!! The house offered us such a delightful and comfortable stay. The one level open floor plan was so stylishly decorated and wonderfully spotless. The view to the pool from the kitchen and living room area was a delight to see . Very comfortable beds and ,as important, great pillows! Great backyard and pool area. We didn’t make use of all the beach equipment and games , but were impressed by how much thought was obviously put into their guests experience. Also, having the fresh flowers, basket of snacks, and assortment of beverages in the fridge were such thoughtful extras. Nick was an incredible host who made our stay so seamless and easy. Oh, the location was really convenient quiet neighborhood, but really close to the beach and grocery. We did get to bring our small pup and the fenced in yard was such a nice area for him to play. They even had a retractable leash, bowls, bags, ect. for our use if needed. An A+ experience and I highly recommend !!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had so much thoughtful attention to detail. It’s spacious, bright, and located in the perfect spot—just a short walk to the beach and a quick Uber ride to downtown. We had such a fun and relaxing weekend here. Nick was an incredible host—super communicative, kept us updated, and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Just an all-around great host. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This place is an excellent spot to enjoy some beach time on Isle of Palms. The owners have done a great job of transforming this unassuming ranch into an amazing spot. So beautiful inside and out and there was plenty of space in the kitchen/living area for all of us to spread out yet still hang out with each other. There was plenty of bed space for the seven of us with 3 extra beds to spare. If you plan on cooking some meals during your trip, this kitchen has just about everything you would need and plenty of space to do it in. There is also a bar/coffee area with a built-in wine cooler. My kids (teenaged) loved the pool and honestly spent more time at the pool than they did at the beach. There are plenty of chairs, pool toys and other beach items on site. Nick (the owner) communicated with us about some potential internet issues that were going on and had worked on it prior to our arrival. He checked back with us to make sure everything was okay. With Nick's recommendation early on, we reserved a golf cart for the week with a local place which was a game changer. If you are staying on IOP, a golf cart is the way to go. Only a couple of minutes drive to the beach and there are places you can park the golf cart. We even were close enough to use the golf cart to ride over to the local grocery store when we needed a couple of items. This is overall a great place to stay. It is close enough to the beach and the other restaurants/businesses on IOP but still far enough away from the beach traffic that you can relax and have some peace and quiet.

The property was amazing! Even better than the online photos show. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay and even some things we didn’t know we needed! The property owner stayed in touch during our entire stay, so we knew if we needed anything it would be addressed. The property owner suggested that we rent a golf cart for our stay and we are so glad we did. This property was perfect for our multigenerational family. We would definitely book this property again.

Nick’s home was the perfect getaway. Everything was smooth, the house is perfect for families, the beach is 5 minutes away and the yard and pool were very relaxing. Every beach need is houses in the small shed in the yard. I highly recommend Happy Place and would love to come back again.

My family and I (mom, sister + husband and puppy) had a wonderful stay at Happy Days. Nick was extremely communicative from the time of booking throughout our stay and the house is even better than pictured. Everything was spotless and we had everything we could possibly need for a week's stay, from towels/linens, to laundry and kitchen supplies. Not to mention the amazing pool and backyard complete with plenty of pool and beach toys. The backyard and pool were so nice we barely spent any time at the beach, but it's only a short 5 min walk from the house as well. Grocery store (Harris Teeter) is a quick drive along with plenty of restaurants on IOP and it's easy to get over to Sullivan's Island and Charleston as well if you're looking to explore further. There were some Wifi challenges to start, but Nick had advised us of this before arrival and quickly got us the code to a backup Wifi network that was strong enough for streaming TV, Zoom calls for work and surfing the Internet without issue.
